Refund Policy
Om healing Center Cuenca shall provide refunds to any Trainee that submits payment for the All-Inclusive Accommodations (the "Booking Fee") and subsequently cancels his/her reservation for the All-Inclusive Accommodations, in accordance with the following refund policy (the "Refund Policy")
i. 90% of the Booking Fee shall be refunded to Trainee if the reservation is cancelled no later than the date that is 90 days prior to the Start Date;
ii. 75% of the Booking Fee shall be refunded to Trainee if he/she cancels his/her reservation between 62 and 89 days prior to the Start Date;
iii. 0% of the Booking Fee shall be refunded to Trainee if he/she cancels his/her reservation on any day that is less than 62 days prior to the Start Date.
