Holotropic breathwork is a very powerful modality of self-exploration and healing, created by renowned Czech psychoanalyst Stanislav Grof, utilizing a combination of deep breathing, evocative music and focused bodywork. With closed eyes, lying on a mat, the breather uses their breath and music to reach profound non-ordinary states of consciousness that facilitate transformative levels of healing. I cannot stress enough how productive this work is for emotional, psychological and spiritual growth, healing and self-knowledge. I’m amazed, I must say. Seldom do I come across a blog
that’s both educative and engaging, and let me tell you, you’ve
hit the nail on the head. The problem is something which too few men and
women are speaking intelligently about. I am very happy that I stumbled across this in my search
for something relating to this.
Amazing blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed ..
Any recommendations? Many thanks!
